Service Pricing:
Prices may vary based on Service/Experience of Team Member.
Patch Testing:
All clients who have not had colour with us in the past 6 months must have a 48hr patch test prior to any Colour Service.
Cancellation / No Show Policy:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice or clients who don’t turn up are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This will be taken when a client is booking their appointment with Front of House or Online.
Online Shop
When purchasing any of our Products or Services online you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
Placing Orders:
When an online purchase is completed, card authorisation must be received before orders will be dispatched.
Only available while stocks last.
Prices displayed in Euros and include 23% VAT.
Payment must be in Euro.
Postage and packaging is additional to prices indicated on product pages and will be added to your total at checkout.
If a product is unavailable we will inform clients ASAP.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders at our own discretion.
Should we need to cancel or amend your order prior to dispatch we will inform you by call or email from info@uhb.ie.
You will need to provide your name, address and order number when placing an order.
Returns:
Must be in original condition and packaging, within a 10 day cooling off period.
Opened products (unless faulty) may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
How to Make a Return:
1. Notify UHB by phone/email explaining reason for return.
2. Once UHB have acknowledged your request please follow instructions below.
3. Place in original packaging and seal securely accompanied by COPY of receipt/dispatch note.

Client is liable for all return costs. If the order item(s) is returned in original condition, etc. we will refund by the original card payment.
Gift Cards are not valid for exchange/refund.

Ultimate Hair & Beauty (UHB) accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage suffered as a result of our online shop ordering service nor for goods supplied from it.
Gift Card Ts and Cs:
Not possible to exchange for cash.
Not a cheque guarantee, Credit/Debit Card.
Change not given, balance carried forward off next purchase.
Gift Cards are not valid for exchange/refund.
