Went for a cut and blow dry in the academy part.
Anna looked after me while Lorraine supervised.
Anna was such a lovely girl with a beautiful personality.
I have had many hair cuts over the years and I can vouch that this has been one of the best.
Lorraine is constantly floating around checking that all is OK, and each of the students were bubbly and happy on the floor, and each of their clients thrilled with their new 'hair do's'.
There is a lovely ambience in the place and a great welcome!

It was my first time in Ultimate and I'm so happy with my new haircut. Haven't had my hair done in a hairdressers since Covid. Rachel was extremely friendly, as were all the girls. I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Camila was fantastic. She really listened to what I wanted from my hair cut and continuously checked in to see if I was happy. The washing basins are very comfortable and really add to the experience. The lady on reception was so kind also. The vibe in the salon is so positive and welcoming!
