I had a warm welcome at the door. My coat was taken, and all staff were smiley. Michelle took care and time during the consultation, and tailored my treatment. She told me the plan, and then reiterated as we went through each step. I was really happy with her assured manner, and delighted with my cut! I highly recommend. Thank you.

Went for a cut and blow dry in the academy part.
Anna looked after me while Lorraine supervised.
Anna was such a lovely girl with a beautiful personality.
I have had many hair cuts over the years and I can vouch that this has been one of the best.
Lorraine is constantly floating around checking that all is OK, and each of the students were bubbly and happy on the floor, and each of their clients thrilled with their new 'hair do's'.
There is a lovely ambience in the place and a great welcome!
Looking forward to another visit.
